 All the kachinas on this page are authentic  Hopi kachinas of the circa 1960-1980 period hand-carved from traditional aged cottonwood root. (No pinewood/no machine lathe "tourist curio dolls" are included.)  Hand painted.  Some have been signed on the underside of the base by the carver and where signed carver's name is mentioned in the description.
