Len Wood's Indian Territory, Inc is a family owned and
operated business with galleries located in the seaside resort/art community
of Laguna Beach, California since 1968.
The gallery has provided lectures on Native American Indian
art and art collecting, as well as appraisal services and collection
development services to museums groups, university organizations, and public
and private institutions of many types.
Emphasizing traditional American Indian art of the 19th and
early 20th century the gallery is the largest dealer of pre-1940
Navajo rugs and blankets and one of the leading galleries of Antique
Native American Indian art in the nation. The gallery is especially well
known for its large and varied collection of rare antique Indian baskets
with examples representing all the basketry tribes of Arizona ,California,
Nevada and the Pacific Northwest. Most of the baskets date circa 1870-1930
era.
